With the arrival of the warm season, Relais Le Jardin opens its outdoor dining calendar with Fine Barbecue, a special dinner set in the Urban Garden of Hotel Regency.
A tasting experience dedicated to charcoal cooking interpreted through a fine dining perspective, where fire becomes a tool of precision and depth: shellfish, seasonal vegetables and selected fish are enhanced through delicate marinades, light fermentations and balanced contrasts, in keeping with the contemporary cuisine of Chef Claudio Lopopolo.
The dinner will take place in the hotel’s private garden, a green oasis in the historic centre of Florence, offering the perfect setting for an elegant open-air evening shaped by the aromas of the grill and the flavours of the season.
