SMOKING
It is forbidden to smoke in all
rooms and common areas. It is possible, though, to smoke in the garden outdoor
areas or
in the balconies of the
rooms. In case a guest will smoke inside the room, a Euro 200 “cleaning
fee” will be charged.
INTERNET
A complimentary Wi-Fi internet
connection is available for the guests, in all rooms and common areas. To
activate the connection, it’s necessary to enter the access code that is
provided to all guests at the time of check-in.
IN ROOM
PARKING
Although the hotel is located in the
ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) area of Florence, is still reachable by car and has
a garage with valet service
at 45 Euro . Garage is closed between 01:00 am and 7:00 am.
PETS
Small pets are allowed in the
rooms at no extra charge, upon request of availability at the time of booking;
they are not allowed in the restaurant and in the breakfast room. In respect of
all our guests, we ask to not leave the pets unguarded in the rooms while

The hotel reserves the right to charge on the room bill any cost of extra
cleaning should this be necessary during the stay or at the time of check-out.

PRIVACY
Privacy Informative Note.
ACCESS
Access to the rooms and the
floors of the hotel is allowed only to guests that have been registered at the
Reception.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax has to be paid by any person not resident in the city of Florence,
for each overnight stay (i.e. per person per night) in facilities situated within
the Municipality of Florence, up to a maximum of 7 nights in a row.
Excluded from this payment are:
a) children up to twelve years of age;
b) people accompanying patients hospitalized within the municipality, also those in an outpatient setting, with a maximum of two assistantsper patient;
c) patients who make use of hospital care in an outpatient setting;
d) students enrolled at the University of Florence.
