Dog-sitting service upon request
Should you wish to enjoy a museum visit, a city tour, or a romantic dinner, we will be pleased to assist
you in arranging a qualified external dog-sitting service, ensuring that your furry companion is always
cared for with attention.

Stay conditions
To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the
following guidelines:

• We welcome up to two small dogs (up to 10 kg each) or one medium-sized dog (up to 20 kg)
  per room.
A €60 supplement per dog applies for the entire stay.
• For safety reasons, pets may not be left unattended in the room.
• Pets are welcome in common areas and in the Urban Garden, provided they are kept on a
  leash.
• Access to the internal restaurant and bar is not permitted, with the exception of assistance
  dogs.

Before booking
To help us organize your stay at its best, we kindly ask you to indicate in the booking notes that you
will be travelling with a pet, specifying its size, and to send us a copy of the pet’s insurance policy.

Should any unforeseen incidents occur during the stay that result in damage to property or third
parties, the related costs will be assessed and charged to the guest.
