The health, safety and comfort of our guests and our
team have always been our main priority. For this reason, in a scenario of
global health crisis, we have raised our standards and put in act a new and
rigorous safety and cleaning procedure. This protocol will be applied both to
the rooms and to the common spaces, in order to ensure maximum security and
prevent any type of infection or spread of the virus. We aim to offer a totally
safe stay experience, in compliance with the National Protocol for Safe Hospitality
and the WHO protocol.
SAFETY DEVICES AND PPE
The reception desk is equipped with a plexiglass
screen, while hydroalcoholic sanitizing gel dispensers for the hands are
available at the entrance, at the reception, in the common areas and at the
entrance of the restaurant.
Specific signs have been placed with the
recommendation to comply with the measures of safety which include, among
others, the correct use of the mask, hand hygiene and the distancing of at
least 1 meter from others.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
A few days before arrival, each guest will receive a special
link to access the new hotel app where you can conveniently check in on-line
before reaching the property, as well as use the digital concierge service for
any request or need before or during the stay. We have developed a special procedure for contactless check-out
that will be illustrated on arrival.
Special attention will be paid on objects that are
touched most frequently such as handles, switches, minibar, remote control,
telephones and coat hangers. All the linen in the room are supplied directly
from the industrial laundry in sealed plastic capsules and are washed at 180 °
C which guarantees the removing of bacteria. The bathrooms are cleaned with certified
virucidal products and 71% alcohol solution. The cleaning of the air
conditioning filters and fan coils is done daily and the entire air system
conditioning of the hotel has been sanitized by an external company that has
issued the certificate of conformity to the current legislation. The final
cleaning of the room, after each check-out, is done
with atomized dry hydrogen peroxide at 180 °.
CLEANING OF THE COMMON AREAS
All common areas are aired several times every day and
sanitized continuously with certified virucidal products and 71% alcoholic
solution, with particular attention to the points of greatest contact such as
handles and pushbutton panels.
BREAKFAST AND RESTAURANT
In order to guarantee the safety standards required by
current regulations and at the same time to maintain an excellent level of quality
and service, breakfast is available with a buffet, served at the table by the
dining room staff. You can enjoy the breakfast in our elegant veranda
restaurant or, if the weather conditions permit, in the hotel garden. It is
also available, for those guests who wish, room service. Both in the restaurant
and in the garden, tables are spaced according to the current regulation.
